Symptoms: on early WE cars with the ~86 kWh pack, abnormally rising internal resistance over time causing faster-than-normal capacity loss and, in extreme cases, thermal-runaway risk
What to do: Check the car's VIN against Zeekr's recall for the affected 001 WE cars — the fix is a free battery-pack inspection/replacement. Watch for a noticeable drop in usable range or odd DC fast-charging behaviour and have the pack diagnosed promptly.

Infotainment glitches and grey-import localization
Symptoms: central screen can freeze or reboot on its own (a reboot takes roughly a minute), phone-key/Bluetooth can drop, maps and voice can be slow or mishear; on parallel-import cars the connected services, OTA and maps are tied to a Chinese account and can be unstable with partly untranslated menus

Symptoms: in deep cold (around -20 C) the compressor works hard to hold pressure and can sag on one corner if a ride-height sensor faults; compressor replacement is expensive
