Need a hand with Brimly? We're a small team and we read every message. The fastest way to reach us is email — we usually reply within 1–2 business days.
Reporting a problem
To help us fix things quickly, please include:
- Your device and iOS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18).
- Your Brimly version (Settings → About in the app).
- What you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can.
Your receipt photos and car data never leave your device, so we can't see them — the details above are what let us reproduce an issue.
Beta testing (TestFlight)
Brimly is in private beta. To request an invite, join the beta from the home page. Once you're in TestFlight, you can send feedback right from the TestFlight app (take a screenshot → “Share Beta Feedback”), or email us at support@brimlyauto.com.
Your data & privacy
Brimly has no account and no sign-in. Your vehicles, fuel logs and photos live on your device and sync only through your private iCloud — we can't read them. To remove your data, delete a record in the app or delete the app; to stop syncing, turn iCloud off in iOS Settings. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions & purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. You can view, change or cancel a subscription under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or manage subscriptions directly. Reinstalled the app or switched phones? Use “Restore Purchases” on the Brimly paywall. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
