Symptoms: the car ships with Chinese-market software and voice assistant, so menus and some functions are not natively in Russian; installing a major over-the-air firmware jump (owners reported trouble around the 7.x releases) on a grey-import car that was not properly activated can disable features or lock functions until the car is re-activated.
What to do: Treat firmware as fragile on a parallel import: do not blindly accept a major OTA update — check with a Lixiang specialist first, keep the car on a known-stable version, and have Russian localization and apps installed by a shop that does it properly. Before buying, confirm the seller completed a clean activation.

Air-suspension compressor failure in cold, damp climates
Symptoms: on air-suspension cars the compressor can take in and hold moisture that freezes in winter, so the car sits low or is slow to raise ride height and logs suspension errors; some cars have needed a compressor replacement relatively early.
What to do: If the car sits low in the morning, levels slowly, or shows a suspension warning, have the air-suspension compressor and its air dryer checked before the fault does further damage — budget for it, as it is a known and not-cheap repair.

Range-extender runs hard in deep cold: higher fuel use, more engine noise, heating quirks
Symptoms: in hard winter the petrol range-extender fires up more often to make both cabin heat and electricity, so fuel use climbs, the engine is more audible in an otherwise near-silent car, EV-only range drops, and owners have noted washer fluid freezing in the nozzles because there is little engine heat up front.
What to do: This is normal EREV physics, not a fault — expect the generator to run more and burn more fuel in severe cold; use proper winter (-30) washer fluid, and pre-condition the cabin while plugged in where possible. Only worry if the engine runs constantly at normal temperatures.
